About Us
We have been riding mountain bikes since the late 80's, with Darren starting on a Muddy Fox courier, with no suspension, narrow handle bars and cantilever brakes, but that was enough to ignite a passion that has stuck around for decades.
As bikes have got better, so has our riding, but more importantly the places we ride have got better and more challenging. With this in mind we decided to start GuideMTb to ensure others got to ride some of the best routes in North Wales.
Our guides are fully qualified and insured British Cycling Mountain bike leaders, and Outdoor First Aid trained. They are also competent bike mechanics so should be able to fix most trailside issues that might happen.
